Pathways to Acquire Membership
Membership of Silicon Real Estate (Pvt.) Ltd. can be acquired through three distinct methods:
By Inheritance / Succession
Direct landowners or legal heirs of land situated within the Silicon City project boundary can apply for official membership following the company's prescribed rules.
By Direct Purchase from Company
Clients who have purchased plots or land directly from Silicon Real Estate (Pvt.) Ltd. can apply for membership to complete their plot allocation and handover.
By Purchase from Other Sources
Individuals who have purchased land inside the project boundary from third-party owners can also apply for membership under established guidelines to integrate into the township.
Official Terms & Conditions
Explore all 18 official binding clauses governing plot allotment, soil development, infrastructure contributions, and township management.
Document Submission
The landowner must submit photocopies of the original land deed and all other relevant land documents along with one copy of their photograph with the application form.
